Operations Engineer Role

We are seeking a motivated Operations Engineer with front-end development and design expertise to take on specialized projects.

This role focuses on building and optimizing web interfaces such as Product Detail Pages, dashboards, and internal tools that improve efficiency across teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build, test, and optimize front-end interfaces, including PDPs, dashboards, and internal tools.
  • Integrate front-end solutions with APIs, databases, and automation tools.
  • Work to offload critical initiatives from Practice Area Leads.
  • Lead AI implementations and experimentation using tools like OpenAI and Zapier.
  • Analyze data and present insights as actionable recommendations.
  • Transform and clean-up data using SQL and Python.
  • Conduct usability testing and create website mockups.
  • Support additional projects across our portfolio companies.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in front-end development and design (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, plus experience with modern frameworks).
  • Strong UI/UX sensibility with the ability to create intuitive designs.
  • Comfort integrating front-end applications with APIs, databases, and automation tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and enthusiasm for data-driven decision-making.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and SQL.
  • Proficiency in data visualization using Tableau or D3.js.
  • Clear communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time, and handle multiple projects effectively.
  • Eagerness to learn new tools and technologies.
