Our team is seeking a highly skilled SAP Basis Security Governance Manager to lead our clients in achieving their business goals.

As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for managing client accounts and leading teams to deliver quality results. You will play a key role in identifying opportunities for growth and developing strategies to achieve them.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP technology and cloud solutions, with experience in project management and team leadership. They will be able to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders, articulating our firm's purpose and values in a meaningful way.

Responsibilities
  • Manage client accounts and lead teams to deliver quality results
  • Develop strategies to identify and address client needs
  • Lead with integrity and authenticity, communicating our firm's purpose and values
  • Partner with team members to ensure collective ownership of quality, timelines, and deliverables

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or technology
  • 7 years of experience in SAP BASIS, with 7-11 years preferred
  • Oral and written proficiency in English

Preferred Qualifications
  • SAP and cloud certifications
  • Significant experience in SAP HANA and SAP BTP
  • Ability to handle multiple clients and stakeholders
