About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Inventory Accounting Associate to join our team at DNL. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day inventory control and accounting tasks, including landed cost setup, encoding and analysis, and setup of new codes for new items.

Responsibilities
  • Reviewing transaction edit lists from the warehouse and cost checking of transactions.
  • Verifying unit costs used in Purchase Orders and monitoring stock-related transactions.
  • Preparing pick-up slips/transfer of stocks upon request and monitoring other stock-related transactions.
  • Filing of stock-related documents such as DR transaction edit lists, Transfer of Stocks Slips, Pick-up Slips, and Material Requisition Issuance Slips.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in inventory accounting.
  • CPA certification is preferred but not required.
  • Proficiency in Computerized Accounting Systems and Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Word.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Amenable to work a 5-day compressed week schedule.
