About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Soonest Global Express Corporation. This role is ideal for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can effectively manage shipments from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and coordinate import and export bookings, ensuring timely delivery and accuracy of shipment details.
  • Prepare and send necessary documents, including pre-alerts, arrival notices, invoices, and other related materials.
  • Coordinate with client agents, brokers, truckers, and carriers to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues that may arise.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and active listening abilities.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Customs Administration preferred.
  • At least six months of experience as a Customer Service Assistant in logistics & freight forwarding.
Compensation and Benefits

Salary: $45,000 per year (negotiable based on experience). We offer a competitive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
