Product Planning and Fulfillment Specialist

This role plays a critical part in ensuring the smooth operation of our business processes. The Product Planning and Fulfillment Specialist will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to guarantee exceptional customer service and sales support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supply Chain Optimization:
  • Manage the supply chain to align with demand and supply using advanced planning systems.
  • Determine and implement Supply Chain Parameters, such as lead times and safety stocks, according to product life cycles.
  • Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) Support:
  • Collaborate with Capacity Planners on S&OP processes.
  • Analyze resource loading situations impacting S&OP.
  • Order Management:
  • Responsible for fulfilling customer sales orders, programs forecasts, and safety stock replenishment.
  • Plan and release feasible production plans to manufacturing sites, considering demand and loading policies.
  • Monitor and control supply deviations, and communicate with Business Units to align business strategies.
  • Exception Management:
  • Follow allocation processes and decisions when necessary.
  • Work with Business Units, Customer Service, and Sites to prioritize production in case of tight supply or allocation issues.
  • Support New Product Introduction and Returns Management, adhering to relevant procedures.
  • Continuous Improvement:
  • Regularly review Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and initiate improvement activities if targets are not met.
  • Participate in projects to enhance process efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • Analytical and Technical Skills:
  • Excellent analytical skills, including data interpretation and problem-solving.
  • Process-driven knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in multicultural communication.
  • Able to work effectively in cross-functional, virtual, and international teams.
  • Personal Qualities:
  • Highly motivated, with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility.
  • Fluency in English is essential for this role.
