  • We are looking for a skilled Software Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for executing software functions in a controlled manner to determine whether the software behaves as specified or expected. You will work closely with developers to expose inadequacies and defects of the program being tested, and then collaborate on iterations of fixing and retesting.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our quality assurance activities and contribute to delivering high-quality products to our clients. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our software meets the highest standards of quality and reliability.

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and a keen eye for detail. They should also be able to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including development, sales, marketing, and support.

We offer a comprehensive training program that covers the fundamentals of software testing. This includes developing test plans and procedures, executing manual tests, defect analysis and reporting, and verification of applied fixes or enhancements.

You will also have the opportunity to work on mission-critical government systems or commercial products that are leveling up the way the world does business.

Our recruitment process starts with pre-screening of resumes by our Recruitment Team. Qualified applicants will then be scheduled for an Aptitude Exam, which is a multiple-choice exam covering comprehension, logic, and mathematics. The next stage is an HR interview, followed by a Technical Interview involving logical thinking and problem solving.

We are committed to continuous growth and learning, and skilled and experienced testers soon take on additional roles and responsibilities based on their past performance and demonstrated capabilities.

Suitable candidates should have a bachelors degree holder of any course and willing to pursue a career in IT. Analytical and problem solver skills, accuracy, and attention to details are also essential.

Through having skilled software testers, we dramatically reduce the risks of our clients and end-users encountering defects themselves. Our project managers ensure that projects are done in groups, so being able to work well with others really counts.

Successful completion of background checking will be required as a condition of hire. Temporary work-from-home set-up until further notice.

After a rigorous training program of up to two months, you will immediately get to work on one of our projects. We provide a hands-on experience that closely simulates what new testers will experience once they are assigned to actual projects. A mentor will guide them for the remainder of their probationary period.

As a tester, you will be part of a dynamic team working on various projects. You will have the opportunity to work on different aspects of software testing, from planning to execution and defect management. You will also have access to our state-of-the-art tools and technologies.
