Key Responsibilities
  • Host virtual training sessions via Zoom, covering topics like policies, tools, and industry best practices.
  • Lead onboarding sessions for new hires, ensuring they are prepared for their roles and evaluating their readiness for the next steps.
  • Provide one-on-one and group training on advanced topics such as email marketing, SEO, e-commerce website management, data analysis, and customer service.
  • Create and refine training materials tailored to the needs of the team.
  • Partner with leadership to evaluate training outcomes and identify areas for continuous development.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of training experience or similar roles.
  • Proficiency in at least two areas: email marketing, e-commerce website management, or data analytics/reporting.
  • Experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, and related tools is essential.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate others through effective coaching.
  • Familiarity with Canva, Trainual, and Loom is a plus.
