Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Recruitment Specialist to partner with our internal teams in the United States. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to identify and qualify candidates for client positions. Key responsibilities include developing effective sourcing strategies, pre-qualifying talent, coordinating interview schedules, maintaining candidate databases, and identifying innovative ways to attract top candidates.

Candidate Management

The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing candidate flow, conducting phone interviews, coordinating client and candidate interactions, and maintaining accurate records. Additionally, proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Outlook, and Excel, is essential for administrative tasks. Familiarity with LinkedIn, job boards, and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is also highly desirable.

Requirements
  • Exceptional English communication skills for interacting with US clients and candidates.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills for effective recruitment operations.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Outlook, and Excel, for administrative duties.
  • Knowledge of LinkedIn, job boards, and ATS platforms.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including graveyard shifts or morning shifts, with weekends off, to accommodate client and candidate needs.
