Monroe Consulting Group is a renowned executive recruitment firm specializing in digital financial platforms. Our client, a leading e-wallet and cryptocurrency exchange, seeks an experienced Head of Marketing to develop and execute the marketing strategy in the Philippines and other regions.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will lead cross-department collaboration to maintain product quality, ensure compliance with regulations, and strengthen the brand's position as a key player in the digital exchange industry. Based in BGC, Taguig City Philippines, this role offers a hybrid work arrangement.

Key Responsibilities

Design and execute the marketing and growth strategy for the Philippine region and other countries based on the business plan.Plan opportunities and strategic decisions for marketing activities in the Philippines.Create a seamless experience for users and deliver high-quality production for stakeholders.Build and manage social media channels to improve brand presence.Deliver digital content in the form of video interviews, podcasts, and webinars.Organize offline events and work closely with partnerships teams.Represent the brand at industry events and business development activities.Prepare and present at industry events, conferences, panels, and webinars.Lead and communicate effectively with the marketing team and cross-departments to ensure product quality.Perform market and business data analysis to determine best practices for growth.Review the marketplace weekly and conduct competitor marketing analysis.Contribute to the brand's position as a marketing leader in the digital exchange industry.Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations to minimize risk and enhance reputation.

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or any related field.
  • Minimum 6 years of relevant acquisition marketing experience and 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience in marketing management with strong ownership and business intelligence.
  • Experience in launching marketing initiatives and building social media platforms like Twitter Space.
  • Expertise in strategy planning to design and confirm marketing plans based on business requirements.
  • Strong understanding of cryptocurrency terminology, trends, and a passion for crypto culture.
  • Ability to work flexible hours to interact with the crypto community regularly.
  • Execution-oriented mindset with the drive and determination to get tasks done.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with BD, Partnerships, Product, and CS teams to solve problems.
