Job Overview

Responsibilities
  • Support the Technical Account Management Team in implementing clients on products.
  • Provide high-quality technical support and troubleshooting to ensure client success using products.
  • Acquire product knowledge through hands-on experience and interaction with subject matter experts.
  • Communicate responsively with team members to ensure timely delivery of tasks.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related fields required.
  • Front End Web Development experience necessary.
  • Advanced knowledge of technologies including Sublime, Google Apps, Photoshop, Illustrator, GIMP, BrowserStack.
  • Strong understanding of technological platforms preferably online ad serving systems on desktop and mobile.
  • Ability to distill complex issues into clear written and verbal recommendations.
  • Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications especially Excel; basic knowledge of Web-based technologies (HTML, FTP, cookies, web beacons).
  • Strong command of standard American English grammar and usage both oral and written.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work through complex problems with creative solutions.
  • Highly motivated and self-directed.
  • Ability to work effectively cross-functionally with other teams.
