Lead Content Strategist

We are seeking a skilled Lead Content Strategist to fuel our growth by creating high-performing ad creatives.

This role requires you to bridge our internal design teams, user-generated content creators, and performance marketers to ensure a constant flow of engaging content across various platforms.

You will need to deliver high-performing creatives that drive conversions and scale campaigns. This involves working with the US timezone to drive outcomes for the US market.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with in-house design and media production teams to brief and request static and video assets for paid campaigns.
  • Source, brief, and manage user-generated content creators and agencies to deliver daily fresh video content.
  • Translate campaign objectives into clear creative briefs that drive measurable outcomes.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of performance-ready creatives across multiple paid platforms.
  • Work with the Performance Marketing Manager to review creative performance and iterate quickly.
The Ideal Candidate
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in content management or marketing.
  • Proven experience producing user-generated content-led video ads in partnership with creators or agencies.
  • A strong understanding of paid platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok) and what makes content convert.
  • Strong project management skills; comfortable managing multiple creative streams at once.
  • Data-driven with a keen eye for performance metrics (CTR, engagement, conversion).
