Senior AI Web Application Developer

This is a senior-level role that requires expertise in designing and developing custom web applications, automating data-heavy workflows, and integrating various APIs to streamline marketing and operations systems.

  • Design and develop internal AI-powered web applications and tools to enhance business process efficiency, decision-making, and client service operations.
  • Automate spreadsheet-based processes and workflows, eliminating manual tasks and improving team productivity.
  • Integrate external APIs and build scalable backend services to connect internal systems and data sources seamlessly.
  • Research and implement new AI-driven automations (e.g., leveraging machine learning and Large Language Models) to stay at the forefront of innovation.
Requirements
  • Senior-level experience: Extensive experience (5+ years) in software development, with a focus on AI-driven applications and workflow automation.
  • Web app development: Proven ability to design and implement web applications using modern frameworks and languages. Expertise in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript, including experience with Node.js and Next.js.
  • AI and ML proficiency: Strong understanding of artificial intelligence and machine learning concepts. Hands-on experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI APIs, familiarity with frameworks like LangChain, and knowledge of vector databases and prompt engineering best practices.
  • Workflow automation: Experience building or automating complex workflows and processes. Familiarity with integration/automation platforms such as Zapier, n8n, Make.com, and ability to create custom scripts or connectors as needed.
  • API integration: Solid experience integrating with third-party services and RESTful APIs, and building scalable backend services to connect data across systems.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to collaborate with non-technical stakeholders, translate requirements into technical solutions, and document work clearly.
