Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer service oriented individual to join our team in the role of Membership Representative. The successful candidate will be responsible for increasing membership, expanding market area, and providing exceptional customer service to patrons.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Increasing membership by promoting the Solaire Rewards Program to walk-in guests, online registration, and referrals from slots, tables, and other outlets inside the premises.
  • Executing events and promotions to encourage participation from members.
  • Handling transactions and customer concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Providing general information on F&B outlets, retail outlets, and other facilities in the property.

Requirements:

  • Highly motivated and customer service oriented
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Computer systems and Microsoft office literate
  • Excellent detail orientation and follow up skills
