Job Title: Digital Growth Specialist

This role involves working in a remote environment within the Marketing team. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in paid media landscapes and have recent experience managing, optimizing, and reporting on campaigns.

About the Role:
  • Responsible for purchasing ads on platforms like Facebook, Google, TikTok, and others.
  • Independently complete tasks such as creating accounts, analyzing targeted users, optimizing ad content, and improving overall ROI.
  • Work closely with designers to develop ad content plans based on data analysis and user portrayals.
  • Communicate with marketing and other teams to formulate and execute digital growth strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Manage influencer networks and drive growth among the South East Asian diaspora in various countries.
  • Develop and manage B2B partnership networks to drive online growth.
Requirements:
  • Deep understanding of ad content development, testing, and optimization.
  • Familiarity with Facebook, Google, TikTok, and other paid ad channels.
  • 2-4 years' experience in performance marketing roles for international platforms.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and people management skills.
  • Able to work in a rapidly changing business and regulatory environment.
  • A strong network in the South East Asian community is beneficial.
