Main Responsibilities:

  1. Carry out diverse maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and overall building repairs
  2. Regularly inspect and conduct preventive maintenance on building systems, equipment, and facilities
  3. Respond to service requests and resolve issues in a timely manner
  4. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and submit reports when needed
  5. Work closely with the facilities management team to identify and implement enhancements
  6. Ensure a safe and clean working environment by adhering to established protocols and procedures

Necessary Qualifications:

  • Sound technical expertise and experience in building maintenance, with the capability to perform various tasks
  • Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and equipment related to building maintenance
  • Familiarity with building systems, such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general construction
  • Able to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and diagrams
  • Exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
