Job Title: Marketing Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Supervisor to join our team. As a Marketing Supervisor, you will play a key role in developing and implementing marketing strategies that drive business growth and customer engagement.

About the Role

The Marketing Supervisor will be responsible for managing the establishment of the corporate brand by developing communication strategies tailored to target customers. This includes creating graphic, visual, and audio-visual materials for digital and offline marketing, as well as coordinating with Branch Lite Units on marketing events and activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the development of marketing strategies and programs to enhance the corporate image, position bank products and services, and foster brand activation, customer acquisition, and retention.
  • Oversee the design of new logo, product visuals, and other marketing materials to promote the company's products and services.
  • Review advertising content for various marketing channels and create materials for digital and offline marketing.
  • Coordinate with Branch Lite Units on marketing events and activities, providing support with marketing materials such as flyers and tarpaulins.
  • Monitor marketing activities and evaluate their effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • College degree, preferably in Business Administration/Marketing or related field.
  • 3-5 years of work experience in marketing within a financial institution or related field, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Visual presentation skills (Photoshop, Canva, etc.).
  • Willingness to be assigned at San Pedro, Laguna.
