Key Responsibilities

  1. Coordinate and manage the CEOs' and General Managers' calendars to ensure alignment with organizational priorities.
  2. Maintain the Business Unit calendar and draft the monthly Business Unit newsletter for staff, leveraging AI tools like ChatGPT for efficiency and engagement.
  3. Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and internal communications.
  4. Champion the use of Microsoft Planner across BU management teams to enhance accountability and task management.
  5. Facilitate project management using Microsoft Project (or equivalent) for the BU Development Team.
  6. Plan and book travel arrangements for the CEOs and other BU staff as required.
