As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for crafting compelling video content that drives real results. Your expertise will shine in creating mini-VSLs with strategic B-roll placement and compelling flow, non-narrated performance ads with seamless B-roll storytelling, UGC talking-head style content that feels authentic yet polished, and AI-generated visuals using cutting-edge tools.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing 12-18 video pieces per week, each with its own unique complexity
  • Collaborating effectively with creative strategists to drive project success
  • Working autonomously while prioritizing data-driven decision making
  • Sourcing footage from TikTok/Instagram smaller creators and internal content banks to meet deadlines
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Proven experience editing direct response video ads that convert
  • A deep understanding of performance metrics such as hook rates, hold rates, and unique outbound CTR
  • The ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment
  • A data-driven mindset, iterating based on what the numbers tell you
