We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Motion Designer to join our team.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to bring their passion for animation and motion graphics to life in a fast-paced environment. As a Motion Designer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and producing high-quality animated content for various marketing campaigns, product launches, and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Motion Graphics Creation: Design and produce engaging motion graphics, animated videos, and visual effects for various marketing campaigns, product launches, and digital platforms.
  • Concept Development: Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to conceptualize and storyboard animated content that effectively communicates key messages and drives user engagement.
  • Asset Animation: Animate existing static design assets (logos, illustrations, UI elements) to create dynamic and interactive visual experiences.
  • Video Editing & Post-Production: Edit video footage and integrate motion graphics, sound design, and visual effects to create polished and impactful video content.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all motion design work adheres to brand guidelines, maintaining a consistent visual identity and tone across all animated assets.
  • Optimization for Platforms: Optimize motion graphics and video content for various digital channels, including social media, websites, and ad networks, considering platform-specific requirements and best practices.
Requirements:
  • Proven Experience: Solid experience as a Motion Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of motion graphics, animation, and video editing projects.
  • Industry Expertise: A minimum of 1 year of direct, hands-on motion design experience in the iGaming, US Sweepstakes Casino, and/or Social Casino segment is a MUST.
  • SaaS Motion Design Experience: Demonstrated experience in creating motion graphics for SaaS products (e.g., explainer videos, UI animations for product features) is also a critical requirement.
  • Software Proficiency: Expert-level proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro. Strong proficiency in other Adobe Creative Suite applications (Photoshop, Illustrator) is essential. 3D designing skills is required.
  • Creativity & Attention to Detail: Exceptional creative flair, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for producing high-quality visual content.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and articulate design rationale.
