Nityo Infotech is seeking a Vendor Relationship Development Specialist to join our team. This key role involves developing and maintaining strong relationships with our vendors, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge and skills to succeed in their roles.
About You
To be successful in this position, you will need a minimum of 5 years of experience in training, sales, or a vendor-facing role. Your ability to design and deliver engaging training sessions tailored to adult learners will be crucial in this role.
You will also require strong knowledge of sales methodologies, customer service principles, and product knowledge specific to Nityo Infotech's vendors. Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills are essential for building rapport and maintaining positive working relationships with vendors.
Able to adapt to evolving training needs and work both independently and collaboratively, you will be self-motivated, organized, and attentive to project deadlines. Furthermore, you will be amenable to working onsite with a night shift schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Nityo Infotech's vendors.
