Job Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Certified Public Accountant (CPA) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive tax experience, a strong background in U.S. accounting, and a proven track record in leadership, compliance, and client relationship management.


  • Prepare and file federal and state tax returns for individuals and businesses. Utilize Intuit ProConnect Tax Software for tax preparation and filing.
  • Lead and manage a team of tax preparation professionals. Set performance expectations and monitor team performance.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key clients. Review tax returns with clients and provide guidance.
  • Oversee data security and confidentiality measures. Ensure accurate preparation of audit schedules and coach team members for optimal performance.

The successful candidate will possess excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulatory standards. Key responsibilities include:


  1. Strategic planning and goal-setting for the tax department;
  2. Developing and implementing effective tax strategies for clients;
  3. Leading and mentoring a team of tax professionals;
  4. Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local tax laws and accounting standards;
  5. Staying current with relevant regulations and industry developments.

Requirements
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is required.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of U.S. accounting experience, with a focus on tax preparation and compliance.
  • Proficiency in Intuit ProConnect Tax Software preferred but not required.
