Senior Web Developer Role

We are seeking a seasoned web developer to join our team in Manila. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing high-quality, scalable, and maintainable frontend code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.

The ideal candidate will have +3 years of experience as a Frontend Engineer, proficiency in Webflow and full-stack technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frontend frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js). Experience with animations and transitions is a major plus.

Responsibilities include collaborating with UX/UI designers to transform design concepts into functional, responsive user interfaces, ensuring a seamless and visually appealing user experience, utilizing Webflow to design, develop, and manage responsive websites, ensuring alignment with design specifications and project requirements, working closely with backend developers to integrate frontend components with server-side logic, APIs, and data services, ensuring smooth and efficient data flow, ensuring cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility of web applications, addressing and resolving any frontend-related compatibility issues, maintaining code quality through code reviews, unit testing, and automated testing, ensuring high reliability, scalability, and security standards, troubleshooting and debugging frontend issues, identifying and implementing practical solutions promptly, collaborating with product managers, and cross-functional teams to understand requirements, define technical solutions, and contribute to the overall success of projects, staying up-to-date with the latest frontend technologies, trends, and best practices, and proactively proposing and implementing improvements to our development processes and tooling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement high-quality, scalable, and maintainable frontend code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to transform design concepts into functional, responsive user interfaces.
  • Utilize Webflow to design, develop, and manage responsive websites.
  • Work closely with backend developers to integrate frontend components with server-side logic, APIs, and data services.
  • Ensure cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility of web applications.
  • Maintain code quality through code reviews, unit testing, and automated testing.
  • Troubleshoot and debug frontend issues.

Requirements:

  • +3 years of experience as a Frontend Engineer.
  • Proficiency in Webflow and full-stack technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frontend frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
  • Experience with animations and transitions is a major plus.
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills, with the ability to quickly identify and resolve front-end issues.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to effectively work with cross-functional teams.
