The LEGAL LEADERSHIP ADVISOR - GCC TEAM is responsible for acting as a legal advisor to local leadership on CORE matters. This includes educating and guiding local leadership on sound corporate governance principles and best practices in line with the Code of Business Ethics (COBE).
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our Governance, Compliance and Control (GCC) team as a Legal Leadership Advisor. You will work closely with the broader GCC team and the Market Unit Legal Director (MULD) to provide legal advice to local leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Acting as a legal advisor to local leadership on CORE matters
- Collaborating with other areas of Legal to advise the business on various matters
- Providing guidance on sound corporate governance principles and best practices
Requirements
- Graduate of Law
- Minimum 6-8 years of relevant experience in a dynamic in-house/corporate legal or law firm environment
- Familiarity of working across different jurisdictions and with multi-national clients
