Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily operations of workers and laborers
  • Ensure work execution adheres to client specification requirements
  • Prepare reports and documents daily
  • Submit daily or weekly reports to the client
  • Report directly to the project manager for any project problems or concerns
  • Coordinate directly with the client's representative
  • Oversee periodic reporting on progress accomplishment
  • Receive materials and check if all delivered materials are complete
  • Responsible for coordinating fuel and lubricant purchases
  • Monitor the fuel and lubricant consumption of all equipment
  • Conducts survey works with the Client
  • Attends coordination meetings together with the project manager
  • Resolves project problems
  • Communicates with the clients to explain issues and problems
  • Carries out QA/QC procedures according to plan
