**About the Role**

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Italian chef to lead our culinary team at 8 Star Land Development Corporation in Cebu City. As our Italian chef, you will be responsible for creating and preparing exceptional Italian cuisine that delights our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing and preparing authentic Italian dishes using the freshest ingredients.
• Managing and supervising the kitchen staff to ensure consistent high-quality food production.
• Collaborating with the management team to create innovative seasonal menus.
• Ensuring strict adherence to food safety and hygiene standards.
• Monitoring inventory and placing orders for supplies as needed.
• Providing training and mentorship to junior chefs and kitchen staff.
• Fostering a positive and collaborative work environment in the kitchen.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Italian chef in a similar high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Formal culinary education or training, with a focus on Italian cuisine.
• Excellent knowledge of Italian cooking techniques, flavors, and presentation.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure.
