Our team seeks an experienced Visual Designer to create compelling visual assets for interactive learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and produce high-quality visual content for e-learning modules, educational videos, animated explainers, infographics, presentations, and digital simulations.
  • Create a reusable library of simplified visual assets for common UI elements and develop guidelines aligned with company branding.
  • Collaborate with Instructional Designers and Subject Matter Experts to translate instructional needs into engaging visual narratives.
  • Ensure consistent brand identity across all designs and adhere to accessibility guidelines (WCAG) for inclusive learning experiences.
  • Develop video storyboards, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design ideas and gather feedback.
  • Maintain an organized library of digital assets for efficient reuse and version control.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or related field.
  • 3+ years of professional graphic design experience with expertise in educational design.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
  • Demonstrable experience in leveraging AI tools for design, with examples or clear ideas for application in learning materials.
  • Solid understanding of visual communication principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to present and justify design choices.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, meet deadlines, and adapt to evolving project requirements.
Nice to Have
  • Experience with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, Adobe Captivate).
  • Knowledge of front-end web development basics (HTML/CSS) for responsive learning experiences.
  • Familiarity with instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) and adult learning principles.
  • Prior experience in a tech company or corporate learning & development department.
  • Familiarity with UX research methods for optimizing learning interfaces.
