The Risk Specialist for Business Continuity Management (BCM) is responsible for assisting the Associate Director in ensuring business recovery, restoration, and resumption plans are in place. This involves supporting the organization's response to disaster recovery events and other incidents that trigger BCM processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Associate Director in developing and implementing BCM strategies
  • Support business impact assessments, BCMS strategy development, and BCP implementation
  • Represent the RMG/BCM team in internal committees and meetings
  • Participate in hospital functions and activities assigned by the immediate superior
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have a graduate degree from any four-year course and at least three years' experience with the overall Business Continuity Management System (BCMS). You should also have an in-depth understanding of BCMS frameworks and BCP creation, execution, and management.

  • In-depth knowledge of IT concepts and hands-on experience in IT is preferred
  • Experience implementing and handling actual disruptions, incidents, and crises
  • Knowledge and understanding of business continuity management and related standards
