This role offers the chance to apply sharp analytical problem-solving skills and passion for public service to help clients:

  • Use data to generate policy recommendations and track implementation progress.
  • Facilitate collaborative problem-solving and establish action-oriented routines with stakeholders.
  • Design and lead workshops with senior decision-makers, technical partners, and frontline service providers.
  • Translate insights from field engagement into implementation strategies that work.
  • Develop high-quality client deliverables that are clear, compelling, and actionable.

As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work independently in a remote environment while staying highly accountable and proactive. You will also navigate complex environments, especially in policy and program implementation, with clarity and strategic alignment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 3 years of relevant, full-time experience in government, consulting, project management, public policy, impact measurement, or related fields.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with comfort navigating data in spreadsheets and creating compelling presentations.
  • Ability to build trust-based partnerships with diverse stakeholders across government, nonprofits, advocacy, and philanthropic sectors.
  • Experience managing policy or program implementation across government or social impact partners.
