Security Threat Response Specialist

At Genfinity Philippines, Inc., we are more than just security—we are the lifeblood of our community.

We are seeking an experienced individual with a strong background in monitoring and loss prevention to join our team. This role involves reviewing live events and determining the plan of action to address potential threats.

The main function of this position is to provide home monitoring via cameras and intervene to warn off trespassers and potential thieves. You will also review any events that trigger our AI security systems on the perimeter of customers' homes and businesses.

This role requires excellent communication skills, as you will need to contact the threat via 2-way audio, contact 911 emergency services, or both. You will work closely with customer service teams and engineering to refine our system and provide internal feedback as an advocate for our customers.

  • College graduate of any 4-year course
  • Strong Communication Skills
  • Preferably a year of experience in security/law enforcement/emergency dispatch, surveillance.
  • Love of technology - Proficient in relevant computer applications (i.e. web browsing applications, email etc.)
  • Type 35 WPM minimum.
  • Be proficient in communicating in stressful situations.
  • Be comfortable using your voice.
  • We are looking for people who are curious by nature and willing to intervene and investigate situations without hesitation.
  • Be able to work on various shifts and work overtime as needed.
