Key Responsibilities:
  • Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks
  • Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidate fit and qualifications
  • Manage candidate databases and track key recruitment metrics to optimize hiring processes
  • Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to define job requirements and staffing needs
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet business objectives
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality
  • Proficiency in using ATS tools and software
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, with training provided
  • Flexibility in work location due to fully remote position
  • Full-time position with semi-flexible working hours, with at least 4 hours overlap with EST (8 AM to 12 NN ET)
