The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising clinical staff, ensuring timely delivery of services, and coordinating with medical professionals. They must possess exceptional leadership skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

">Duties and Responsibilities">
  1. ">
  2. Supervise clinical staff to ensure efficient operations.">
  3. Coordinate with doctors and dentists regarding daily attendance and changes in their schedule.">
  4. Review reports from subordinates prior to submission to senior supervisors.">
  5. Ensure timely availability of accurate results.">
  6. Train new staff on specific roles in the clinic, including SOPs and use of clinic management systems.">
  7. Provide regular re-training and coaching to existing staff as needed.">
  8. Conduct performance evaluations of subordinates for submission to senior supervisors.">
  9. Collaborate with other clinic heads for endorsements as necessary.">
  10. Attend department meetings and other required meetings.">
  11. Coordinate with suppliers of clinic equipment for issues encountered.">
  12. Work overtime when necessary, even during non-working days, due to workload.">
  13. Investigate NFC/NCs or complaints involving subordinates, perform Root Cause Analysis, and implement corrective actions.">
  14. Perform other related tasks incidental to the work described herein.">
">Minimum Qualifications">
  1. ">
  2. Graduate of any 4-year course, preferably in Nursing, Medical Technology, or Radiologic Technology, with board certification.">
  3. At least one year of work experience.">
  4. Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.">
