Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a cohesive visual strategy for our brands, encompassing social media, print, and digital platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm ideas, create concepts, and develop messaging that resonates with our target audience.
  • Lead a team of creatives in developing visually stunning content, including illustrations, graphics, and product designs.
  • Oversee the production of effective marketing materials, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to bring business ideas to life through innovative designs.
  • Promote a culture of creativity and experimentation within the team, encouraging open communication and collaboration.

Education & Qualification

Bachelor's Degree in Art/Design or related field, supplemented by four to six years of experience as a Graphic Designer.
