You will work closely with subject matter experts, stakeholders, and project managers to understand business requirements and develop effective training solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the development of training programs that meet business objectives and improve employee performance.
  2. Work with subject matter experts to create high-quality course content, including scripts, training videos, graphics, animation, and interaction.
  3. Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of projects and alignment with business requirements.
  4. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in instructional design, with supervisory experience and proven methodologies.
  • Experience with Articulate Rise, Storyline, and/or other online course creation platforms.
  • Mastery of training solutioning, instructional design process, and training evaluation.
  • Ability to write effective copy, instructional text, audio, and video scripts.
