Your responsibilities will include developing and executing strategies to ensure the success of direct eCommerce, communication with service providers, coordination of Supply Chain activity, and execution of reporting and payment processing tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute Strategies: Develop and execute strategies to ensure the success of direct eCommerce in assigned geographies.
  • Communicate Effectively: Communicate effectively with service providers, including Fulfillment, Payment Collection, and Customer Support Partners.
  • Coordinate Supply Chain Activities: Coordinate Supply Chain activities, including inventory checks, stock rotations, returns, and process reconciliation.
  • Develop and Track Metrics: Develop, measure, track, and report on success metrics for the end-to-end process.
  • Manage Issues: Manage, troubleshoot, and resolve all issues related to the end-to-end process, including payment processing and disputes.

Requirements:

  • Strong Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, with experience in logistics and supply chain management.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Lexmark and third-party eCommerce tools, online payment facilities, and Microsoft applications.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Years of Experience: At least 3 years of relevant experience.
