About the Role:

  • Create high-quality training content using a variety of approaches that engage learners and drive impactful learning.
  • Develop interactive eLearning experiences, videos, instructor-led content, virtual classroom designs, toolkits, job aids, infographics, study guides, and simulations.
  • Collaborate closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) from various disciplines and functional roles to design innovative training solutions.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design best practices, and emerging trends in the field.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience designing Web-based training in a corporate environment.
  • Solid Instructional Design knowledge and development of digital content using Captivate, Articulate Storyline, Rise360, Lectora, SnagIT, Camtasia, VideoScribe, Powtoon, VYOND (video editing software).
  • Proven excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
  • Demonstrates effective interpersonal, influence, collaboration, and listening skills, driving results individually and in a team setting.
