Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the finance department, including data entry and record-keeping.
  • Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations, including preparation and lodgment of BAS, IAS, and PAYG summaries.
  • Process payroll, including payment of superannuation and lodgment of PAYGW summaries.
  • Perform bank account reconciliations and manage debtors and creditors.
  • Assist in the preparation of management reports and provide insights to inform business decisions.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in financial management or accounting.
  • Strong knowledge of financial software, including XERO, MYOB, and Receipt Bank.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
