About the Job

This is a leadership role that requires a deep understanding of design principles, technical expertise, and business acumen. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute design strategies that meet business objectives and exceed client expectations.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement design strategies that align with business goals and objectives
  • Lead a team of designers to create visually stunning designs that engage audiences and drive results
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve design processes and outcomes
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A graduate degree in Fine Arts, Advertising, Industrial Design, or a related field
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in leading/managing a team of graphic artists
  • Expert-level skills in Adobe Creative Cloud (CC), including proficiency in Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator
  • Creative talent with experience in layouts, packaging designs, and other related areas
  • Strong project management and leadership skills
  • Basic MS Word and PowerPoint working knowledge
