Email Strategist

Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned email strategist to join our team and own the complete retention strategy for 7- to 8-figure brands, focusing on driving revenue through email.

This role requires a holistic understanding of marketing beyond just the email channel, with expertise in tools like Klaviyo and analytics platforms such as GA4 and Triple Whale.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing $1M+ in email-attributed revenue, with experience in a fast-paced agency or high-growth DTC brand.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive retention strategy to drive significant revenue through email campaigns.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to leverage data and insights from various marketing channels.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to maximize revenue.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Klaviyo and similar email marketing platforms.
  • Proven ability to analyze complex data sets and develop actionable insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
