Job Description

The primary objective of this role is to ensure timely billing of installment receivables.

Broad Responsibilities
  • Ensure accurate and timely billing of installment receivables.
  • Process and update account information through text messages.
Duties and Tasks
  1. Billing buyers for monthly down payments, amortization, improvements, and other dues.
  2. Validating Delivery Receipt/Receiving copy for all notices sent.
  3. Preparing monthly Billing reports for delivered notices.
  4. Ensuring courier services are paid on time.
Key Performance Indicators

Regularly reviewing and updating statues of Notices, Proof of Delivery (POD) and return to Sender (RTS) system.

Additional Responsibilities

Hand-delivering Forfeiture Notices and sending notices through courier services and postal services.
