About Us
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Director of M&A Integration and Separation to join our team at Thomas Reuters. In this role, you will oversee the scope, time, and costs of complex projects while working with senior leadership and business partners to achieve strategic business objectives.
This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned project manager to lead integrations and separations projects, champion and enhance the M&A's integration and separation framework, define, document, and manage large-scale projects, and identify, assess, and manage risks to the success of the project.
About You
You're a fit for this role if you have 8-10+ years of Project Management experience, with a focus on M&A integration and separation, proven ability to create detailed project plans, set milestones, and coordinate tasks effectively, expertise in identifying potential risks associated with the M&A process, and strong schedule management skills.
- Develop and implement project plans, track progress, and report on results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, and develop strategies to achieve deal objectives.
- Estimate costs, timelines, and resource requirements for the successful completion of each project.
- Communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including executives, employees, and external partners.
- Foster a culture of innovation and excellence, driving continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
