Key Responsibilities:

  1. Examine significant variances in major profit and loss and balance sheet accounts.
  2. Collect and maintain accurate data on manpower costs, operational provisions (man-hours, headcount, operating supplies, rates).
  3. Gather, validate, and process data using financial analysis tools.
  4. Organize and maintain historical data related to budget preparation, identifying one-time and recurring transactions.
  5. Track internal orders for capital expenditures and conduct inventory counts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or a related field of study.
  • Preferably Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Internal Auditor (CIA).
  • Preferably 1-2 years of experience in Cost Accounting.
  • Knowledgeable in Management Accounting, Cost Accounting, and Supply Chain Management.
  • Willing to work in Danao City, Cebu.
