Job Description
As a Voice Associate, you will be responsible for handling inbound customer calls and emails professionally. You will address customer inquiries, concerns, and service requests while ensuring accurate and timely resolution of customer issues. You will utilize client-specific tools and software to manage interactions and maintain a customer-first approach with professionalism and empathy.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have at least a High School (old curriculum) or Senior High School (new curriculum) graduate. You should also have minimum 6 months of experience in collections. Strong communication and customer service skills are essential for this position. Additionally, you should be willing to work on-site at our Bridgetowne site.
