Retail Sales Associate

This entry-level position is responsible for handling customer transactions, operating registers and scanners, and maintaining accurate cash drawers. The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in business or any 4-year course, have sufficient background in cashiering with POS experience, and demonstrate excellent communication and people skills.

• Perform basic math functions to collect payments and make change.
• Operate registers, scanners, scales, and credit card/debit card terminals.
• Balancing the cash register and generating reports for credit and debit sales.
• Accepting payments, ensuring all prices and quantities are accurate, and providing a receipt to every customer.
• Handle exchanges and refunds in a quick and efficient manner.
• Maintain accurate cash drawer.
• Keep the checkout area clean and orderly.

• Candidate must possess a bachelor's degree (on Business course or any 4 year course)
• Has sufficient background in cashiering, preferably with POS experience.
• Has the ability to provide quality customer service
• Trustworthy, detail-oriented, and can work with minimal supervision
• Minimum of 1 year/s experience in a similar industry
• Average communication and people skills
• Computer literate
