We're looking for a skilled Software Engineer to join our Platform team.

This is a key role and ideal for someone who thinks strategically, enjoys high-pace environments, passionate about owning product decisions and has experience building and scaling complex engineering systems.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Building, owning and reporting on the performance of complex end-to-end systems
  • Actively participating in product decisions and refining the product roadmap
  • Collaborating with the Platform team to provide universal architecture and experience across our products

To succeed here, you'll need:

  • Experience in building and maintaining large scale products
  • Strong understanding of systems thinking and end-to-end systems involving multiple products and 3rd party services
  • Able to work quickly to generate ideas and options and decide which things can ship now and what things need time
  • Excellent collaboration skills and able to inspire, play and negotiate with opinionated designers, marketers and PMs
  • Familiarity with NodeJS, ReactJS and TypeScript with knowledge of Java, Go and Python as a plus
