Job Summary
Gratitude Philippines seeks an experienced and compassionate Expert Telehealth Triage Nurse to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality telephone assessments, patient care instructions, and directions to the appropriate level of care. Your expertise will enable you to effectively assess patients, render sound health advice, and make informed decisions regarding their care.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform intake of phone calls from injured employees, utilizing your clinical expertise to gather essential information.
- Conduct thorough telephonic health assessments, leveraging established protocols and national guidelines to inform your decision-making.
- Render appropriate health care advice, prioritizing patient care based on medical needs.
- Enter injured worker data into our claims application system, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Maintain accurate records of all incoming calls, including interventions and follow-up instructions.
- Participate in internal triage quality assessments, workflow enhancements, and procedure updates, driving continuous improvement within our team.
- Foster strong communication with patients, family members, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) and a minimum of 2 years acute clinical experience or similar position required.
- Philippines Registered Nurse license and written and verbal fluency in English essential.
- Experience in Nurse Triage functions an added advantage.
- Candidates should be willing to work in US operation hours.
Salary Range
$60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
