Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and creative Video Content Creator to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will play a vital role in growing our digital presence through engaging video content.

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop innovative content strategies that align with brand goals and objectives.
  2. Plan, write, shoot, and edit short-form and long-form video content for various social media platforms.
  3. Be the face of our brand on social media, creating authentic, humorous, and engaging content that resonates with our audience.
  4. Edit video content featuring strong storytelling, appealing graphics, user-generated content, and product visuals.
  5. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and viral formats.
  6. Track and report on content performance to inform future strategy and improve results.
Requirements:
  • Education: A minimum of 2 years of college education.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of hands-on experience in content creation, videography, or digital media.
  • Skills & Expertise:
  1. Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent).
  2. Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator) is a plus.
  3. Basic knowledge of camera operation, lighting, and sound recording techniques.
  4. Excellent English communication skills (minimum C1 EFSET level).
  5. Strong time management, multitasking, and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications and Attributes:
  • Excellent writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to present creative ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Familiarity with project management tools like ClickUp and Slack.
  • Comfortable managing cross-time zone tasks.
  • Prior exposure to remote work and cross-cultural teams.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, calm under pressure, proactive mindset.
  • Self-starter with minimal supervision needed.
  • Interest in a long-term, growth-oriented role.
