  12. Comply with company health & safety guidelines, contributing to a safe and healthy working environment.
  13. Ensure adherence to company guidelines and standards of work, completing necessary documentation punctually and according to guidelines or schedules issued.
  14. Adhere to reporting and communications protocol at the office, including stand-up reporting daily and formal written reports submitted to clients.
Reporting and Communication Protocols
  1. Ensure daily stand-up reporting to GM, outlining planned activities for the day.
  2. Frequent call and text reporting before, during, and after completion of services, maintaining clear communication channels.
  3. Submit formal written reports to clients, detailing work completed and any outstanding issues.
Customer Representative Communication
  1. Upon arrival at site, coordinate with the contact engineer to ensure smooth coordination and execution of services.
  2. During work in progress, address any queries or concerns with the customer's representative, fostering effective collaboration.
  3. After completion of work, ensure all checklists are signed, replaced materials are properly turned over, and tool keepers have checked tools and equipment prior to departure from site, guaranteeing satisfaction and quality assurance.

This role requires a strong focus on teamwork, problem-solving, and excellent communication skills, with a commitment to delivering exceptional results and upholding the highest standards of professionalism.
