About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Service Representative to fill this role. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional support and resolving inquiries efficiently.
Qualifications- High school graduate or equivalent required; college education preferred.
- With or without BPO experience, excellent communication skills are essential.
- Able to work onsite and reside in Metro Manila.
