Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled MS Dynamics CRM/CE Software Developer to join our team at JobsAvenuePH. As a key member of our development group, you will play a vital role in the design, implementation, and maintenance of new systems and/or enhancements of existing systems.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customizing Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365 and .NET development using VB.NET, C#, JS, and SQL. With a minimum of 3+ years of hands-on technical experience, you will be able to evaluate new applications and identify systems requirements, recommend appropriate systems alternatives and/or enhancements to the current system, and create documentation and white papers for case studies and training sessions.

You will also be responsible for conducting quality control tests and analyses to ensure that software meets or exceeds specified standards and end-user requirements, producing detailed technical design documents to match solution design specifications, and contributing to project meetings with clients as required.

Your skills and qualifications must include proficiency in troubleshooting/debugging, customization, unit testing, deployment, creating test plans/test scripts cases, creating test data files, executing Test Plans and scripts, monitoring ticket queues for incidents or requests assigned to the team, resolving technical issues, meeting or exceeding agreed service level targets with clients, liaising with technical experts, providing On-Call and weekend project support, updating project managers/project leads with daily progress of tasks, and escalating significant delays expected in schedule or effort overrun.

Able to adapt and work on existing project processes and third-party applications, contribute to obtaining higher client satisfaction scores.

Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate new applications and identify systems requirements;
  • Evaluate new IT developments and evolving business requirements, and recommend appropriate systems alternatives and/or enhancements to the current system;
  • Create documentation and white papers that will be used in case studies and training sessions for the customer and junior members.


Requirements:
