Job Description

  • We are seeking a Financial Accounting Specialist to oversee daily financial accounting and reporting operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • The successful candidate will prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income, and cash flow statements, in accordance with applicable standards and regulations.
  • In this role, you will implement and monitor internal controls to maintain financial data integrity and compliance.
  • You will analyze financial data to identify trends and provide strategic insights to support business decisions.
  • This position requires collaboration with key departments to provide financial insights and improve operational efficiency.
  • You will ensure adherence to accounting standards, regulations, and company policies.
  • This opportunity also involves mentoring and developing finance team members to strengthen their expertise and performance.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of five years of experience in a finance supervisory or management role, preferably in manufacturing or packaging, is required.
  • You should possess strong knowledge of financial accounting principles, practices, and reporting requirements.
  • Excellent analytical skills, including the ability to interpret financial data and provide strategic insights, are essential.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams are necessary.
  • Proficiency in financial software and advanced spreadsheet applications, such as Microsoft Excel, is required.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is mandatory.
  • CPA or an equivalent professional certification is preferred.
